The bookcase is beautiful and well made. Pick up was easy. The staff person kindly wrapped the sides of the bookcase to protect it before putting it in the back hatch of my car. And while inside the store, I bought a few unusual items and the cashier was very helpful finding boxes for the items I purchased. I plan to stop by in a few weeks to order a dining room set.
