Replacement Cushion for Glider

Cushion is not nearly as well made as the one we ordered this summer when we ordered a glider. The back cushion has a long wrinkle on one side and doesn’t fit neatly on the bottom cushion in the area where this wrinkle is. I spoke to a representative and offered to send a picture, which he didn’t want and wasn’t even willing to entertain a problem on your end. He wanted measurements of new cushion along with measurements of cushion ordered in the summer, which happened to fit both chairs. We’ll live with it and order from another place in the future. The fabric is nice, the color is perfect, and we’ve had good experiences with you in the past. But frankly, I was offended at the lack of openness to my concern.

Replacement Cushion for Glider

We ordered our replacement cushion online. We weren’t sure about the shade of gray we ordered and the employees at the store were very helpful and accommodating. They took us to the storage area and let us look at all the gray cushions so we could find the right shade. Great customer service!
